In 1997, IBG started Shared Services, Inc. cleaning draft beer lines in Phoenix, AZ and later added Boise, ID. Today we have expanded throughout the state of Idaho cleaning over 143,000 taps annually and employing 15 cleaners. Our wholesaler customers represent all major suppliers including, Anheuser-Busch, SAB Miller, Coors Brewing Co., Pabst, Heineken, Guinness, Labatt’s, numerous micro or craft brews and several wineries. Shared Services is certified by all suppliers.

Additionally, we have fully computerized our operations using proprietary software and Handspring PDA’s to capture data in the field. This enables us to be more than just a cleaning company but also allows us to provide current, meaningful information to our wholesaler customers, including but not limited to, distribution by brand and verification of cleaning schedule, helping to assure suppliers that their wholesalers are in compliance with their contractual obligations.
